This is one of the more established Indian restaurants offering a delicious balti experience.
I've only ever been there on a Friday night and it always seems busy so I presume it's popular with the locals.
I opted for the chicken tikka which was relatively spicy to what I normally have but it was extra creamy which gave a classic option (which I pretty much order 9 times out of 10) a deliciously unique flavour which still to this day I have yet to experience anywhere else.
The staff members are always very welcoming and make effort to acknowledge you even when you can see how busy they are running around. -

Shareen Kadah is another Curry house witha loyal following and one which also see's a good passing trade.
I've always enjoyed popping in one the way home for the routine of the grill being fired up to roast some chicken or lamb and to witness the scowls of the old dear that is often to be found sitting alongside it.
Notably Shareen Kadah's also offer some great sweets which is rare along this strecth of the Mosley rd.
Delicious candied treats are available if you have a sweet tooth and are a mark of Shareens authenticity.
I've heard rave reviews about their breakfasts on a Sunday but have yet to witness this Kashmiri specialiality. -

Spotting the Indian sweets in the window I popped into this restaurant on a whim. The smell of what I can only describe as stale oil hit me and immediately about 3 flies started circling my head. Not the greatest entrance.
I know a lot of people who really rate this place as a restaurant and maybe I should give it more of a chance. If the atmosphere when I walked in is anything like in the evening then I'm not sure I'd like to eat there. The rotis out on the side looked good but I think the greasy smell was coming from them.
The baarfi I got was cheap and pretty tasty so I did end up a satisfied customer.
